- Manufacturer Responsibility. All ingredients, product formulations, nutritional information, allergen disclosures, safety standards, quality control procedures, and manufacturing practices are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer.

- Limitation of Liability. By purchasing, possessing, or consuming any product sold by Uncle Moe's Coffee the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this disclaimer.
